My maid has to sleep with my Kids and cannot sleep in the servant's room, for two basic reasons, before I used to allow them to sleep in their own room but the trouble is at evenings after they finished dinner they would close the door and deal with their private things and switch off their ears to any sort of requests from us. If they cannot occupy a room, the situation is much better, they have to stay in the living room or in kitchen and attending to our requests as needed at evenings and thus taking care of kids. Also, there are someone to take care of kids at midnights as needed such as going to toilet etc.
