palm beach: close to merlion, with mbs seaview, food is good, price reasonable. should call to reserve a table next to the bay
Eng Seng: if you are black pepper crab, you can try this one. very very local shop. no service, close early but just the black pepper crab is very nice. They have secret receipt that other shop cannot find. (on top of spicy, they build a bit sweet taste as well). But be reminded just black pepper crab is good.
They have 3 branches. The best one is in amk but always have long queue. The one in tanjong pagar taste is bad -> avoid. So try the one in tpy lah. (https://g.co/kgs/AXXNPU)
Be reminded no ac (2nd floor get ac but not always opened). Can reserve table.
