The doctor said my son eats very less. Want to see what is the 'standard' for 1 year old baby. Please share:
Here is my son's schedule:
7:00am - 200 ml Milk
10:30 - Cereal mixed with 150ml milk + meat & veggies
2:30 - 180ml milk
5:30 - softrice with meat and veggies
8:00 - 60ml -> he does not want to drink as too sleepy
9:00 -> Sleep....
my BB has similar eating habit as you and is a bit underweight.. but I try to give her bread after she finishes milk before she has her 11am congee... just give her while she is playing, no need to sit properly to eat...
also, I suggest you can also give her fruit in the afternoon before dinner at 5:30? so say afternoon tea of biscuit/fruit/cheese/yogart (wait till warmer weather) say around 3:30pm and then feed her dinner at 6:30 (I mean since she doesn't drink milk before sleeping anyways, you can give her food later and add healthy snack in the afternoon)
But the other problem is his nap time . he does not sleep in stable time. sometimes he sleeps only 30 mins for 9:00am & 2:00pm. but some time sleep more than 1 hour. that delay his eating schedule also....
very worry about his weight but he does not eat much even I try to give him some craker/ biscuits after milk. He only bite for 1 or 2 times ..
