話說,我今日跟一個AGENT問開DIRECT HIRE既價錢, 我問佢,費用包唔包菲律賓2年的保險費(大約HKD1200), 佢話, 做咁多次DIRECT HIRE都無收過客人另舊錢.
問題黎啦,我在網上的確搵到有關收費的合約,係SRL International Manpower Services, a duly registered Philippine Corporation and existing under the laws of the Philippines跟沙地既AGENT內找到以下條文:
5.0 FEES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
5.1 The PRINCIPAL shall pay the AGENT equivalent to 1 month gross salary per worker (directly hired from SRL) as Placement & Service Fees to cover the POEA Processing and Documentation Cost plus the Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) Mandatory Insurance of US$ 144/- (US Dollars One Hundred Forty Four only). The said amount is 100% payable and will be transferred to SRL Bank Account upon receipt of the Original Employment Visa couriered to SRL Office in Manila for the selected candidates.
NOTE: No salary deduction shall be collected from the candidates upon joining the company.
In case that the hired workers did not qualify and meet the company’s standards within three months probationary period, SRL will replace the said worker without charging the Principal for the service fee.
