一歲到開始每日一粒 (size: 4cm x 3cm) ,
依傢佢唔係大鍾意食芝士,
就轉食豆腐 (絹豆腐, 滑d)

my baby is 10 months old... I buy chese and yogurt from citysuper at TST every week... and i live in Tsuen Wan.

cheese: qbb
yogurt: Danone gervais baby (it says baby yogurt specifically) I get the plain one.. they have others with flavour.
$ 11 for 50g (cup). I give to my baby with chopped fresh fruit everyday for afternoon tea since she was 7 months.
