But, it says from this link, http://www.llli.org/llleaderweb/LV/LVJunJul01p54.html, "the rate of milk synthesis in women ranges from 11 to 58 ml/hour/breast, or about 1/3 of an ounce to 2 ounces per breast per hour. Emptier breasts make milk faster than fuller ones. When milk is regularly and thoroughly removed from the breast, milk synthesis is unrestricted."
所以你餵完約1.5個鐘後再泵, 兩邊夾埋~1安 (~30ml), 應該都係 within average 嗰喔. 而且泵係會比 bb 啜出得少奶架...
