My baby use aqueous lotion and steroid cream when the ezema is serious. It is prescribed by the doctor. If it is not serious, I use vaseline cream to prevent his face from dryness. My son got allergy to cow's milk and soy bean product through my breast milk. So I avoid these from my diet and his skin is better. If you are breastfeed your baby, you can observe what food make your baby's skin worsen and you can limit the intake of that food. If you use formula for your baby, you may need to change another brand or ask your doctor for his advice.
