I think 裝備自己 (and your hubby if possible) on the knowledge of breastfeeding and get the support from your family is very important 產前的準備.

However, please don't (and it is not neccessary) 按摩乳房 as I remember that 按摩乳房 will make 子宮收縮. Ohter moms please correct me if my understanding is wrong.
