suggest to rent out via agent..
they can help you a lot...

Thank you for your advice, actually, I have asked the agent to help me as well. By the way, someone has approached me for a lease before, but I have rejected him because I am really looking for a "potential good" tenant.

The apartment is on 31/F, Block 1.

The rental can be around HK$ 8,000.

Yeah, I wish the tenants are in employment, look nice, friendly as simply as that. Because I like to maintain a good relationship with the tenants. I wish they can enjoy to live in and are happy to stay in my apartment.
