Can13 months BB eat beef?

Hello,

My BB girl is now 13months old. She has 1yr injection last week.

I always use some vegetables + fish to boil the "congee base" and add mince chicken or pork + egg york together. She loves to eat very much

Can I feed her beef together with congee?

Why not? If she haven't got allergy, she may. As usual, you should let her try a bit in the first few days and then add more gradually.

my son7,8個月就俾佢飲牛肉湯喇,
可惜佢唔中意牛肉味,其實牛肉比豬肉仲有营養.
