同佢講你都好有壓力...問下佢想點???? 如果佢無suggestion...你同佢講...與其係咁, 比本溥佢寫低你要同佢講既野, 你又寫低你要佢做既野....問佢ok 唔ok ???

I offer her the notebook already and she said she can remember and no need!!! Yes, may be I should force her to write down each and every thing.....maybe she still considers that this is a kind of scolding/punishment!!!!!

If she refuses to obey / remember what she has written...... this can be treated as a kind of "蓄意不服從合法和合理的命令；", please read the below caption from a guideline from Labour Department...

tell her that you have the right to terminate her without prior notice, see if she can improve or not.

worst thing is -

I am in need of a helper and if I fire her, it takes long time to hire another one (i have waited this one for 3 months!!).

And this super good maid so how tells me that she doesn't need to send $$ back to Filipine for her daughter, because her mom is working in the US and will send $$ to Filippine and that her mom tells her to keep the $$ in HK. This tells me that she is not really in need of $$, so she doesn't bother to get fired!!!! She also said she is considered "rich" family in Filippine compare with others. Now, I don't understand why she comes to HK to work if she is soooooooo rich!?! That's why she cannot suffer from scolding!

My super maid also said her hand cannot bear detergent (her hand will feel itchy and painful) and cannot bear steam (from steaming fish)......she's like a princess!!!

激到爆!!!

咁似我個工人既 ???? 雖然佢身份証寫佢廿幾張, 但佢副"計" 重衰過五十幾歲d 人.......叫佢拖下地都話自己腰骨痛, 洗2隻碗又話自己隻手爆拆..... 所以我好體諒佢, 過無奈佢就可以提早回鄉安享晚年啦.....

個工人就係睇死你無佢唔得....先會咁寸.......如果佢咁把炮既話, 又咁有錢, 你不如叫佢比封resign letter 你, 一家平宜2家著啦....

阿尼陀佛.....希望佢早登極樂......唔好在香港呢個炼獄度受苦, 更唔好再留o向樹獻世, 累人累物:;pppp:

Mine is not only hand skin problem, I told her to look after my baby during midnight and in particular yesterday because my baby has fever. She said of course and promised to do, but it ends up she sleeps so well even my baby cries soooo sound. I scold her and she said because she was so tired yesterday (she has holiday off yesterday!!) and forgot to wake up!!! I kept on scolding and she said she has back pain!!!! I go crazy and she said "Oh, in fact if you need me, you can wake me up!!!".

Some friends said maybe they are new to HK and need time to adjust HK style, but for me, I think it is the working attitude and no matter how long time I give her, she will not change because she is not prepared to serve people!!!

Can u ask the agent to "educate" her again? If problem persist, you should replace her at once.

You may consider to hire 本地完約 if you need maid urgently.

Told the agent to "educate" her already but seems no improvement. The agent also asked me to give her time to "adjust" to HK style!!!!

I ask the agent to find me local maid and she said local maid chooses job and unlikely like to work for us (with 2 kids) and a stay home elderly.

In this case, my advice is : Fire the agent as well, find other agencies and look for a replacement as soon as possible.

都唔知點解d工人可以話玩就玩死僱主.....我地僱主一定要爭氣呀.....唔可以比佢地玩

Guess this is the only solution - so need to pay 1 more month to kick her out!!

Some says for bun, don't give 1 month notice as they will "play" you during that month, they are not like indo. Is that true?
