完約外傭及找到新顧主，需回國嗎？ [複製鏈接]

代友人問：
完約 Phi 外傭，找到新顧主，是否需要先回國後才可到新顧主度返工嗎？
Or she will be given one-year stay HK visa? and then just depart HK (for Macau or China) and get extenstion until completion of 2-yr contract?

as she is a completed contract maid, she will be granted one year stay HK visa.

Thank you for your reply.
I understand now that she can get 1 yr HK visa with new employer. Before I thought that she can only get 1 yr HK visa when renewing contract with same employer.
