She's been worked for me for 2 yrs taking care my 2 young kids (below 6) and another previous employer in HK for 4 yrs; aged ~40, with children that are grown up already. She's reliable and independent; rarely shows bad face or seldom says NO to our request.
Her weakness is lack of communication; sometimes do things out of her way without consulting us. In addition, she's not used to report to us on how the kids behave when we're away from home. Besides, she needs a regular schedule (wake up at 6:30am and sleep at ~9:30pm, or latest by 10pm.) and Sundays off.
The reason why I'm not renewing her contract is because I want help on Sundays. I've got one referral that is willing to take Sat off and that's why I want to change the maid after a bit of struggle.
