If you have BOC credit card, it will has special offer.
Also you can try HongTai, Wing on... and check which agent is low.
I never try Cebu pacific before, I just know the price is lower than Philipine airline.
I ask my maid what is the different between these two airline. She say for Philipine airline, it will has it own airport. Cebu Pacific will share with other airline in Philipine so that it may be more crowned.
For Philipine airline, two way ticket need $18xx.
