My bun is new comer to hk and has been with us for 1 month. My impression is she is selfish and lazy and like a princess. I was wondering if this is my low endurance level and how I can change her.
Example -
- I teach her to use different towels for cleaning floor and cleaning mat. I have taught her many times but still she uses her own way and use one towel for all. I ask her why she not follow and for the first time, she did not say anything. And each time, when I see it, I will tell her again and again, but no improvement. Then I scold her and ask her why she not follow, she then reply because she thinks both the floor and the mat are not that dirty, so can use same towel!!
- I ask her to keep an eye on baby in the midnight because baby got a fever. She sleeps soundly and I wake up in the midnight and stay up for 3 hours, baby cries loud but she still sleep. I scold her in the morning, she answered she is too tired and backpain and if I want her to help, I can by all means wake her up!!
- I ask her not to use hot water to handwash clothes and floor and everything. Every time, she said yes but everytime I pick her turning the tap to warm water, then she pretend and said "Oh, I don't know I should turn to the right side for cold water!!".
So, just from the above, you think this maid is still of hope or hopeless??
Realy want to know if you were me, would you scold her or still speak nicely with her?
