i use bfree normally, then bought Avent disposable bottle set (from nurse association) ....my baby can adapt to the avent teats .
my baby is 11months now and drank 4 times milk and 1 time cereal during travel to Hokkaido. so i just bought 2 packs teats(1pack comes with 2 teats) to bring in baby bag and buy 1 box (around 50pieces) disposable bags. It's good enough for 5 days trip.
you can get The First Years disposable milk powder bags for pre-measuring powder for convenience. (1 box comes with more than 60pieces, can't remember exactly), i got mine from Baby Outlet.
i just use hot water to rinse the teats after cleansing and didn't use any method for sterilzing.
when it comes to bathing, i got a inflatable baby bath basin from Akachan in Sapporo (around 880 yen plus a pump around 500 yen).
