do you mean renewing her contract? my previous maid said she went to Macau to renew her previous contract with her previous employer.

Yes, I have renewed her contract in Nov, 08. However, her passport is 3 years valid. The Immigration Department just renewed one year working visa. They stated that she needs to go out before the deadline.
