Is it the one matured this year? This valuation looks too low to me. Guess it is clean price that ignore the interest you will receive as well.
To be honest, I will buy it if i can buy below 100. I trust hk gov should not default in these several years or hkd going to be "dis-pigged" with usd soon. So I see it is risky free investment.
The annualized return (if the price is dirty price already) is
(Half year interest + 100%-mkt price)/no of yr remain.
