我家賓賓來了半年, 優缺點如下:
優:忠心, 勤力, 唔識講大話, 聽教
缺:蠢, 英文差(當然唔識講中文), 唔識湊細路

我現有個三歲小朋友, 勉勉強強佢都應付到,但嚟緊我要生BB, 我怕佢湊初生唔掂, 99又同佢溝通唔到教唔到佢

想問下各位意見我係咪應該另請一個姐姐呢?

你工人既.....

優點: 唔係個個工人都有, 你算好彩!

缺點: 大部份工人都有, 如因為咁想炒, 除非你好多$, 否則有牌炒~

你工人應該可以慢慢教架~ 比個幾會大家啦~

how old is she? is she willing to learn?? Any children of her own?? If so, you can try to send her to the local training school first to train her lor...

"忠心, 勤力, 唔識講大話, 聽教" <-- it's really good to have in a maid ar.... if she can learn, I think worth to keep her.

when my 2nd maid first came, her cantonese is quite poor (no english as she is Thai) + 唔識湊細路 & newborn... I sent her to local school (but even the trainer said her cantonese is very poor)... I just teach her the basic and observe (use webcam and also call home whenever it's time for newborn to have milk...) At first really have to check her often and be strict..... After 1.5 month... I am ok to let her take care of the newborn now (of course I won't let her make decision, she needs to get my persmission on everything)

She is ok with my 2-yr so far.. even she can't fully understand what he said.. and probably so does my 2-yr can't understand her fully.. but with a schedule, she manage it ok so far.

i just let her know Safety and cleaniness is most important. And keep reminding her on everything lor.

Afterall, when you resume to work, BB is already 2-3 months old... and you have already set a steady schedule... she just have to follow lor.

"唔識講大話" is really good.. my maid would 講大話.. but so far on minor things ... and everytime I will break her lies.

can you pm me info of the training school?

My maid is a hardworking one + she doesn't tell lies (as far as I know, she's only here for 2 months). However, she has no experience in taking care of small kids, she doesn't understand my daugther sometimes and she doesn't know how to take care of her......

我個姐組31歲,
結左婚有個仔,
但係佢好似無湊細路經驗咁.
我都明白佢都有佢o既優點,我係怕萬一BB有乜事,佢打電話俾我我都唔知佢講乜...

如果要賓賓學廣東話,係咪要好耐呢?

can your 99 go over for a few hours daily ? I guess what you can do is to have webcam or call home more often.... honestly, I think even they are good in english / cantonese but they lie... 萬一BB有乜事... they won't even tell tim........ My first maid is good in taking care of new born and kids... but she put on some Thai unknown oil on my son's head when he hit on something (he was around 1 year old).... I didn't know that until I was home and smell it (she didn't mention that when I got home) She thinks she can handle mar coz' she thinks she has more 湊細路經驗 than me

So..........."忠心, 勤力, 唔識講大話, 聽教" is very important ar...

totally agree with SiuChoi that you will have little chance to find that 質素 maid, cos there are so many low level maid around the market.

As long as her nature is not bad, you can teach her day by day.......
