最近常收到2間財務公司追數電話,追前工人 [Concepcion (又名Connie)] 數, 好煩, 巳經fax左Immgration acknowledgement 信比佢地, 已經冇再收call, 好奇問佢地點解咁容易借錢比工人, 佢地話只要有contract,佢地就借, 我話contract有我D私人資料, 又打電話到我屋企,咁即係侵犯我私隱, 佢居然話個份contract係屬於工人既, 重話你自己打工都有份contract啦, 唔通你借錢又侵犯公司私隱咩! O 哂咀! 咁我好奇問佢D工人個個借完錢就走佬, 佢地點樣追番D錢, 咪血本無歸囉? 佢居然話呢D係佢地既事, 佢地會處理. 而家又要請工人, 請問有何方法可防止呢?

無得防止.......唔用Contract, 用身份証都借到.....所以好睇個工人本質

真係無得防止. 如果仍俾追數, 就俾資料仍睇, 個工人已解約, 佢地就唔會再追. 呢d係我朋友經驗. 所以工人走, 第一時間要通知入境處, 貢就同佢斷關係, 否則有事仲 claim 你份保險

我最近都發現工人有借錢啦, 我唸個個賓都鐘意借。
不過咁, 我又唔太擔心, 以上一個為例, 佢走左, 我send 入境處封信比財務公司就ok了。
我又唔太擔心, 佢有本事咪唔好做囉, 睇下到時點還錢。
佢借, 反而迫住佢要做!!!

i also receive a warning letter today, what can i do? will the collector come up to my hse?
anybody have experience?

追數佬唔會攪你架！
你只要有WRITTEN既証明你同佢無關，咁佢地先可以CLOSE FILE。
我係包租婆，上手租客都欠幾筆數，我新租客FORWARD比我，我FAX封聲明信，同佢講租客已搬走，都無再騷擾。

我地係控制唔到佢地借錢走佬,佢地用手電都借都錢架,易過我地香港人添~
佢地除非唔返鄉下,香港D財務識得去佢鄉下屋企做野追收架,你咪當香港D財務LULU~
我工人個亞媽又係響香港借左錢返左印尼,依家咪佢個女還囉,我同工人講,我工人都知D香港D財務識得去佢地鄉下屋企追數,因為有同鄉試過,哈哈~~

BoBoamy, 我試過半夜三更收工人追數電話, 率之都係fax Immigration 封信先攪掂, 睇怕都係請家務助理算啦, 有冇好介紹呀!

My helper left last Friday. She is now in Canada. I get a call from the collector tonight. I am told that my previous helper borrowed money.
My new helper will come on Saturday.
I want to know when I can get the letter from the
Immigration Dept. If Iget the call again, i can fax it to the collector.

if you have faxed + emailed your letter to immigration, their acknowledgement of receipt will be posted to you in a week or so. In the meantime, you can use your own letter of termination to present to the finance company. They also accept.

but my bun bun still working at my hse , she is very good , but now.......
i just afraid when my kids was alone w/ her and dunno what the collector will do.......
and i dun want to fire her , it will make super trouble to train up a new one.

誠信已經破產，幾好都無用。還有您不知道她會不會向您家中的財物埋手，而且除了財物，還有街數，電話費。。。。etc。收數的該不會傷害您的小孩，不過有些行徑可能會嚇倒弱小的心靈。

對，又要從頭教起，好煩，不過縂好過養一頭狼在家裏。

My last helper was the only one couldn't finish contract and was early terminated by me because of collectors.

Collectors kept calling my home and scared my son all the times. Right before I decided to fire her, my son refused to answer calls unless he recognized the numbers with caller display. Collectors won't listen to you, once a collector yelled at me and he insisted that I were the helper because I spoke English! They said something like: I know it's you, you pay by tomorrow or we're going to visit you at... Gosh, in day time, only the boy and the maid, how can I keep her anymore??? I got no choice but fired her.

they normally sent the letter to you around 2 weeks' time but you can give them a call and ask them to resend it.

工人幾好都好,而家我對住果個衰婆,我就會想起佢點對我講大話,欺騙我感請
佢同我講話weekday出糧比佢匯番印尼會平d,當我發現佢借錢後....頂....原來坤我

我教識佢煮好多送,我都好pound of人地黎食飯囋佢,不過今日我心淡了,但仲要扮無野等佢contract完bye bye.....好辛苦呀~

我同你一樣, 覺得俾人坤左, 我以前隻bun又係大話精, 佢未黎過香港, 但黎左第一個月佢個死家姐就教佢借錢. 問左佢幾次都仲死話無借錢, 之後因一D野, 我就炒左佢, 一個月叫佢走. 佢仲以為自己好巴閉, 我先唔會俾一個月錢佢走佬! 咪以為人人都買佢怕, 我同佢講, 如果你呢個月做D犯法野, 我保証你唔使再出國做野, 留係鄉下涯窮. 咁佢就乖乖過左呢一個苦月!

我下個月又有個bun黎, 其實唔係好想再請呢D怪物, 但係無法, 因為小朋友仲細, 我阿媽話忍到佢地大D至唔好請.

今次呢個, 我一定要收contract, passport 唔俾佢拿出街, 佢拿身份証去借又好, 總之嚴禁用我地址, 我屋企電話都已經轉左用無caller display, 佢想知我屋企電話都難, 除非agent 俾佢.
