techno XT is suitable for newborn while the otherwise has been mentioned start from 3months. Althought it cannot full recline, but it has already reclined to the lowest which i think it is acceptable before 3months. Also, newborn is too young, you will not bring him outside la, even u will take him, it's better to carry rather then put him in the stroller.
My friend use combi, but when her baby grew up to 6 months, it cannot totally well fit la... (may be he's big) and need to change the bigger one, but i saw even 2year old child can still fit into Techno XT
