I am going to fire my maid tomorrow morning and the agent can't help. He argued with me that i did not need to pay the first few days when she was staying at my agent's place. I called the labour department and confirmed that i need to pay unless the maid the I agreed those were no pay leaves.

I am so nervous now as it is my first time and have to prepare the document carefully not to give my sly maid any chance to sue me.

Can you advise a good reson on the termination letter?

not fit our working environment?
does not meet our requirement?

I never put down any reasons on the termination notice. If she insists, you can directly tell her that if you put, she could be difficult to find a new job!

The agent said I did not need to pay the first few days. Labour dept said if we agreed those were no pay leaves, then no need to pay her.

I wanted to mark down these days on the payment slip as she has not finished her first month yet.

But she agreed those days were no pay on her arrival date. The agent knew that but asked me not to mark as " no pay leaves" but mark the start day few days later.

If she doesn't agree tomorrow, i will pay her then.
