please be relax first. otherwise it will affect your milk supply. what brand of the bottle you are using, actually if you are 100% breastfeeding, it is not recommended to use the bottle when baby is less than 1 month, as it may cause nipple confusion, especially if you are not using like the brand " NUK".
first, i would recommend you go to health center or your hospital ( if your baby is born in public hospital, there should be a dept " lactation consultant), then let them see how you feed your baby, to reconfirm if you are feeding correctly.
you know, for me, my nursing position at start is wrong, because of the wrong instruction & in-professional by the nurses in ST. Teresa, actually leading a newborn to nurse & your position correctly is not easy.
