Acutally I just resign from the position of recruitment consultant(agency).
For my opinion, I agreed that agency will rise the expected salary for applicant, becoz they can earn more. But they just call the suitable candidates for the particular job. If the candidate is not suit for the job, they would not consider the applicant (nomatter you have applied for that job).
So, it is just one more channel for finding job!!!
