Very happy to hear you will continue after back to the office. I just want to share my experience. For me, I had used Avent manual pump set. I pressed two time a day for the early breastfeeding. So, I ready two set and use avent ice pack. After back to the office, I put the pump in the first layer inside the 雪櫃 and put the ice pack into the freeze.When I was ready to press, I use breast milk to clean the bottle. When back to home, I use a 密實bottle to put the milk bottle inside and have the ice pack, it is good that the ice pack can near the milk, so the milk can keep very cool after back to home.
I lasted for this arrangement over 1 years even though in very summer Jul and Aug. It is work. FYI.

2. How to 消毒 using microwave? Do we need special box etc?
3. If I want to pump twice in the office, do you think it works if I put the used pump (without washing) to the freezer 下格 and use it second time?
4.保鮮袋 - are you using those 保鮮袋like Park'n shops one for fruit?

- 我本來打算買AVENT 用，但只用來Steam 泵似乎太貴又太大，加上公司個微波爐又細，我用了數年前買的微波爐cookset中的大steamer。應於一般家品店有售(約10至30元)。上層剛好放哂個泵的所有配件，下層放清水high叮5-7分鐘。

- I strong recommend to wash and sterilize before each use whenever possible. Only if I use the pump both time out, I keep the pump back to the plastic bag and/or fridge-to-go for the second time use. I have once to use the third time since too long hours out, but I throw away the third time milk since I believe the pump itself is contaminated.
- Personally, I can accept to use BOILING water as alternative to steam once in a while. But you still have to wash the pump or the milk @pump get contaminated in short hours.
4.保鮮袋 - are you using those 保鮮袋like Park'n shops one for fruit?
