how to say that .....

She was 8 and has some money (my mother and mother in-law give her) Sometimes she will use her own money but she wants some more even though she has one or two similar things. I told her what is "want" and what is "need". I hope she can understand, some of the poor children have no toys, no food, and no education etc...

蘇菲姨姨，

Your daughter is just 8, she cannot be '購物狂'. She still is very young, and cannot control herself and make a better choice. She got no idea what is money and the value. Try to help her save money and buy a big toy that she wants. Let her know, the value of the money, she cannot get whatever she want with her little money. She has to do some saving (you can open a bank account with her together). And ask her grandparents don't give her money(can be any gift), fixed amount for day is better for her.
