My girl (21 months now) also got this last month. She refused to eat and drink. But that's fine. Just feed your baby with chilled pear water (冻梨水) and bathe her / him with 金银花/严西水. No need to take any medicine indeed. It will cure itself by around 7 days. My girl fully recovered after 4 days. Don't worry.
My baby just recover from手足口病 last week, you only can look after his/her more and spoil your BB more. Keep looking BB temperture if no fever, it will be fine. Recover the sick by their body immune system. Don't worry!
You can try to feed her some cold liquid or soft food or anything she likes to eat, such as ice-cream, yogurt, cheese...etc, quite nutritious and full!
