I'm still breastfeeding ar...Before, I fed him expressed milk 3 times a day through a straw and the rest of the time, he took it directly from the breast. After he turned 1, I stopped expressing and only direct feeding him.
Basically, he now will have breastmilk anytime he wants. Timetable for other food:
When he gets up - 1/2 avocado + 1 banana/ blueberries
11:30am - Yoghurt + cornflakes + bread
12-2pm - Nap
4pm - Rice + soup + meat + veges
8pm - Cornflakes + fruits
8:30-9pm - Bedtime
He feeds throughout the night. I don't know how many times because he would lifts up my shirt and latch on and then let go when done!
My bb is allergic to eggs, wheat, peanuts and pollens too. Actually there are wheat-free bread and pasta. If you really wanna wean him, you can give him Neocate (elementary formula).
Allergic to yeast! Poor thing...Is the allergy bad, or is it just mild? Did the doctor tell you to avoid everything she's allergic to? Mine told me to have food that he's MILDLY allergic to (wheat and peanut in my case). Have it once every few days. For example, I will have food that have a little bit of wheat in there, but not the whole slice of bread. This way, hopefully the bb's body gets used to the food and then desensitized.
Is the milk that you had plain milk? Nothing else in it? Nowadays food is not so simple anymore, lots of ingredients that you wouldnt imagine can exist in a slice of cheese!!!
Take care!
