蕃茄 2-3個 切
蕃茄膏 一細罐
蒜泥 少少
細青瓜 1-2條,切
medium Shrimp 10-15 (remove shell)
some oil and some sugar
for better taste, you may add italian parsley ( a kind of herbs)
(i am in a hurry, so i type english, sorry)
fry the shrimp first, you may add some black pepper,
fry 蒜泥,then add tomato, and cucumber,
then put shrimp together, and then add 蕃茄膏(only add half can of it mixed with some water to make it softer )
**add some more 蕃茄膏 or water depend on how much sauce you want,
add parsley if you like
add sugar (really hard to say how much, i think 1 teaspoon .... or you can try the taste first... coz i like a little bit sour taste)
