My baby boy was 6kg at 4-month (60.8cm), I was a bit worry as he dropped from 25 %tile to 10%tile, but then doctor asked me not to worry too much, just introduce solid to him around 5-month if I'm really concern.
I guess maybe because I full breastfeed (skin-to-skin) my baby (no forumla at all), that's why he's a bit leaner. I'm going to wait and see how he goes as I prefer to wait until he's 6-month to give him solid.
no need to worry as told by your doctor. my first baby was also an EBF baby. similar to your case, he used to be slim (10%tile). i continued to BF him till 1.5y.o. and we introduced semisolid food to him in his 7th month. he is a strong boy now.

If you are really worried, why not introduce 1 or 2 times formula milk to your BB per day, maybe
using 肥仔奶粉?
Taking breast milk for 4 months is already very good for BB I think.
No need to put too much pressure on yourself that your B MUST take breast milk for longer time.
My B is a 100% formula milk BB since 2 months and she’s now 17lbs and 67.5cm @4 months.
Born 6.5lbs only.
So I guess formula milk does have all those essential elements for the growth of B.
I said this maybe cos I dun have sufficient breast milk to feed my B…
