Is the program for exchange the Combi 餐搖椅長肩帶 is still effective?
For your information, I have brought the Combi highchair in 2006 for my daughter, the original 肩帶could accommodate her since she is a smaller baby. However, for my 2nd son, he is a big 11 months' old baby(about 2x pounds), the original 肩帶 could not fit him. He try to jump from the highchair several times. I'm worry that he would have been hurted.
In view of this situation, could I bring my invoice to exchange for a pair of 長肩帶 immediately.

Around 6 months ago, I still could bring my invoice to get a 長肩帶 at BeBe Dream, anyway, you can call up Combi Customer Service Hotline at 2369-2383 during office hour for further enquiry.
