not sure, best to call labour dept

I think one extra month per year with the last salary???so for 6 years, it is about 6 months of extra pay?

計法:(最後一個月工資 x 2/3) x 年資
例: 做滿6年(完成3個約): $3,580 X 2/3 X 6 =$14,320.

我都煩緊呢個問題，續要俾成１４０００多
我真係唔明點解唔同工人續約都要俾長奉，而我哋如是合約員工，公司唔續約咩都無．咁叫公平咩　＞？

好似因同一個地址, 就算換左employer, 都係無用.

- ah!

The cost to fry a bad maid (one month notice, open air ticket, body check, agent fee, employer takes leave to train the new maid, household applicances broken down by the bad maid, stolen money etc) =/>俾長奉!
