I am now 16wk, only gain 1.5kg (ard 3.3lbs). I didn't gain much fat on my body except my belly, breast, and the thighs.
But when I was 11wk, people already starts to notice la. Maybe of my clothings la. As I can't wear most of my regular clothing, I start to wear the pregnant mama's pant.
I got my 托腹帶, but don't wear it often, usually when I feel tired or when I wear a dress, feel more safe. But as my backbone starts to feel pain, so I have to "挻胸收腹", and walk like a 企鵝媽媽 . . . My husband makes fun of me and walk like me . . .
