1. do not talk on the phone with you maid/maids' associations/ representatives/ friends, or even the agent if the agent is on the maid's side, since they may record your conversation that's disadvantageous to your side.
2. Don't sign any documents asked by these ppl, especially any termination letters.
3. Do not say/ write to anybody stating termination of the maid cuz she's the one who now terminates the contract and not you.
Do's:
1. Write to the Immi if you haven't done it, informing that your maid has run away but again, remember not to tell that the contract is terminated.
2. Open a file in Labour Dept to counter-claim her one month in lieu of notice of termination (since she's the one who terminates contract).
3. Ask the Labour Dept officer what she's claiming you now, so that you can prepare for evidence to support.
