how to marinate beef, chicken and pork so it is soft for young baby?

Which cooking method is best for each type of meat? stir fry? steam, boil?

which part of the cow, pig and chicken should i buy? What is the name if i am buying from the wet market?

my baby is already 21months old and if the texture of the meat is rough he spits it out.

i grind the meat before cooking but it always turns out rough and chewy

After you ground the meat, add some corn starch and oil mixed well, it should be more smother.

撈埋d飯仔到,我諗佢吾會勁到逐粒肉碎吐出嚟掛。如果宜加連肉碎都吾食,甘再大D佢就可能連肉片都吾食。
