if she not eat in your house, then what will she do for lunch, have lunch break. You better let her have lunch at your house but provide with instant noodles or some prepared lunch box so that she can heat up in your microwave. If her duty is to take care of BB in the main, then dont waste time in cooking for herself just simple lunch.
