I think the nutriation of cereal is better than congee, because if you cook the congee, you should add different kind of foods which have different vitamins, irons... but the cereal already has such materials inside. But i only give Moses the barley or oatmeal cereal ( organic , brand name is healthy times), bought in city super, because it does not have suger, not like the products by HK formular co., i only add water + veggi, fish or chicken, inside. or sometimes i add fruit inside, Moses loves it much.
