Actually, it is very easy. Just ask your maid to go to the Consulate to get copies of contract.
(1) Fill in 4 copies contracts, sign, ask your maid to take it to the COnsulate for registration (employer has to pay the fee);
(2) Having get back the stamped copies, take one to the Immigration Department together with your Letter of Employment, maid's passport etc. (your maid can do it!)
(3) Waiting for Immigration's approval.
Of course, all the costs of documents are paid by employer.
