Bad service and Not responsible

All agents are not realiable and not responsible. I do not recommand to any employer.

I provide all doucments to the agents on 22Feb09 but as of today, my documents have not been submitted to immigration yet.

我都係用呢間agency (灣仔), 佢地好差差差.........

1/9/07已經比晒d資料佢地, 1個月後都冇幫我sent去入境處, 要我成日催.........前前後後攪成3個月.

我現時工人都是經這間direct hire，當時因為好多agents唔做direct hire或收費貴，經前bun bun介紹用了這間。總之一個差字，所有職員都是bun bun，她是不會幫你follow的，所有嘢都要自己去追和問。因這個工人是前bun bun的親戚，所有嘢由她幫我去追，如果唔係就煩死了，最後用了三個多月才出到visa。

我條pk bun 咪經佢地攪手續囉, 因bun bun 係朋友的朋友的介紹, d bun 唔經agent 介紹, agent 只收僱主錢, 真係要3個月呀, 還有呀, 最火............係條pk bun 上機前一天要驗血(驗孕),條pk遲左6個鐘先去驗血, 無得上機, agent 同工人又唔call 我, 我係機場到等條pk,跟住還要過2天來呀, 我頂佢呀, 打亂我d 時間..........好啦, 條pk 來到, 還要黑口黑面,

這間agent 係唔收d bun bun 錢,只收僱主錢, 佢地做野好慢, 吹都無用, 所以我以後都唔會再用這agent呀

Yes, I agree! 佢地做野係吹都無用. They finally submitted my paper last Fri (3/20/09) remember I gave them all the documents on 2/22/09. So, I will need to wait for the visa for another 3 weeks, am I correct? Then, I need them to ask this pk agency to send the visa & book the ticket for my helper. So, how long do I need to wait:-(

我2月23日入form，3月16日才收到入境處ref. no.，現在還在等出visa，唔知等到幾時？我兩年前用這間請現在的工人，足足等了差不多3個月才出到visa。你不如自己寫加快信俾入境處，唔好指意他們啦。

I used them 2 times, but actually it was my maid who dealed with them directly and they are OK la. We are hiring our existing helper's sister and my helper submitted all documents during her day off (Sunday) to this agent. They submitted docs to immigration right away and only took immigration 21 days to approve the employment /visa. The agent already asked us to write a letter for urgent help needed at the beginning to immigration.
My helper's sister already started working with us Monday.
May be they service their 同鄉 much better?
