「有D官會插僱主未出糧」 - (1) u are a good employer but not all, some are cunning, so the law is also protecting the employee (2) the staff is actually giving hints or tips to the employers so much so that they don't have to pay too much "compensation" in 勞審處
「過完一個鐘, 個主任就會教工人點去勞審處, 到時就走得.等勞審處封信」 - it's not a must, its very depend whether it can be settled at X工處；in my second incident, it did not.

I remember that once i asked whether anyone here could make a summary like this one or even a breif procedure, the answers were negative.
Furthermore, some mami did PM me to ask for advice as they knew that i did not even pay an extra penny. Since i believed that it should be case by case, when i asked more in details, it turned out with some queries, or cover-up!
Even in some posts, i asked more in details so as to think about any solution though i am not always right but 一人計短二人計長. Then some replies to the post : 唔識法律唔明點解講咁多！Well!
