有睇過英文解釋如下:
Asymmetric latch - an ideal way for baby to remove maximal milk from the breast, referring to the position of the mother's nipple in the baby's mouth.
In order to allow the baby to get as much breast tissue into the mouth as possible, an asymmetric latch position is recommended. In this position, baby's mouth is open to a 100 degree or larger angle, and baby grasps more of the underside of the breast than the tissue above the nipple. Baby's lips will appear to be off-center on the nipple, with the upper lips closer to the nipple than the lower.
我諗asymmetric係指bb個口同媽媽乳頭，唔係上下對稱地吮，而係bb下唇吮得比上唇深，當擴抱bb時，睇上去就有d左右唔對稱。
