買咗對SF 鞋size 唔啱要return, 但係當select address 的時候係咁出error msg “, Error: There is a temporary connection issue, please try again. If the issue persists, please email [email protected] and we would be happy to help.”

試過 email customer service 已經幾日又冇人覆，有冇人試過？對Farfetch 好失望⋯⋯

I had the same issue before.
我當日即刻call FF個customer service (我系澳洲)... 佢哋即刻系佢哋system幫我做番... 系約定時間上嚟收件... 之後直到refund都有email follow up...
In my case, d staffs are very helpful...

你試下打電話或者再send一個urgent email... Good luck...

我試過幾次, 基本上1-2日內都會覆我email.
我係SEND去 [url=][email protected], subject我寫明 return product時有 error, 加埋個 order number[/url]

內容再仔細講咩事

我2星期前send email, 佢即晚覆, 仲attach埋waybill documents同幫我book埋DHL
