I sold my flat Q4 last year and now cannot use the same price buying the same flat. My bro is lucky that he sold one of his last week bot in Q2 08, lost just a bit more than 10% which is already very good.
I believe flats over 5m is not as easy to sell as compared to cheaper flats. My bro sold his 2.4m flat (bot at 2.6m) quite easily after renovation. My bro in law bought a cheap flat this week after visiting once. There is certainly buyer's mkt but maybe more on cheaper flats.

I sold my property 2 months ago too. Bank gives good mortgage rate now which cause more people want to purchase, but still lots of uncertain matters. I wonder when will be a good time to purchase a flat too.
