Service Controller / Planning Coordinator / Operation Assistant / Operation Planner
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Prepare daily services planning, scheduling & booking;
- Provide good customer service through prompt response to customers and follow up actions;
- Expedite order processing, follow up logistics and warehouse to ensure timely delivery;
- Support service team and be responsible for day-to-day customers enquires;
- Input/update data (such as services dockets/order backlog) into systems;
- Generate & prepare service reports;
- Ad hoc duties as when required.
Do you have what it takes? If you want to be considered for this role you will need:
- Diploma or above with 1 year working experience, experience in scheduling/booking in service industry is an advantage
- Proficient in PC operation, e.g. MS Office and MS Windows;
- Good communication & analytical skill;
- Patient and detail mind;
- Self-motivated with positive working attitude and willing to learn.
