how your no pay leave were calculated? ie. 由5天工作減為3天工作?
does it mean you are getting 60% pay now? eg. monthly pay $10,000, now paying you 6000? or they still saying your monthly pay is $10,000, but for those days you are not working - are counted as no paid leave.
then your 30 days annual leave will be calculated based on your month salary of $10,000
if your currently monthly salary is said to be 6000, then your annual leave will be based on $6K. to cut it short, always calculated based on the current salary
