All elementary schools under Toronto District School Board (TDSB) are closed for the summer months, except those that have summer programs running in their buildings. School offices usually open a week prior to the beginning of the school year (the first day of school is always the day after Labour Day), so that teachers can go in to set up their classrooms – you could also register your child during this time.
