of course not! Unless your father-in-law is a hepatitis B carrier because this virus will transmitted by blood (like AIDS).
However, I concern of your mother-in-law is able to care the newborns and your father-in-law at the same time. Because his condition is depands on the stage of the liver cancer. Did he need to perform the operation? or chemotherapy?
