8月經agency請了一位海外印尼女傭, 當時檔案寫有2年新加坡工作經驗 (家務,湊1歲小朋友), 女傭自己育有2名2歲及7歲小女孩, 另評語寫:
She is strong, able to take care of baby and young children independently, willing to work everything.
但女傭到家第二日 跟我說 “I cannot play with your children, I cannot do the work fast”, 自始日日都是答 CANNOT, NO, FORGOT, 洗兩人碗快要兩個鐘, 燙一件普通
I am the same experience and I have report to Consumer Council and send complaint letter to the Agent's director. However, the GM of the agent called me and explained that there was a misunderstanding of me and my maid and they are willing to talk to her. I don't think it works because my maid don't like to take care of baby. Finally I fried her and give her 1 months paid and return ticket. The agent didn't return the agent fee but willing to replace overseas maid instead. :-x
Her name is Sri Murni, I asked the agency to check the Singapore working record last week, the agency still haven't give me the reply. Thus, I have sent a compliant to Consumer Council and newspaper.
