Responsibilities:
l
To design new systems or find solutionsfor existing system problems, and prepare estimates.
l
To assist Installation, maintenance,and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cooling, andrefrigeration systems.
l
To monitor and coordinate all worksbetween suppliers, sub-contractors and Builders
l
To maintain regularly report onHVAC programme progress
l
To implement safety procedures
l
To implement site administrativesystems and maintenance of all site records
l
To resolve HVAC issues independently;
Requirements:
l
Degree holder of M&EEngineering or Building Services Engineering （Prefer）
l
Min. 5 years or above solidexperience in HVAC field
l
Good knowledge in MS Office and AutoCad
l
Green Card holder
l
Holder of Registered ElectricalWorker (Grade A), or (Grade B) will be an advantage
