| - Provide leadership and guidance to the project team to solve issues in a timely manner |
| - Provide support to payment collection from Main Contractors |
| - Work closely with factory for product delivery arrangement |
| Requirements : |
| - Degree holder preferably of Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering background |
| - At least 6 years of relevant experience in project management ( Project Manager ) |
| - At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management (Assistant Project Manager) |
| - Ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks projects and demands. |
| - Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills |
| - Self-motivated and independent |
| - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and other project management tools
